RUNNER-CHAIN is the investor deck for the RUNNER governed task-marketplace. Two invariants hold across every slide:
March 2026 · MS2 Accelerator · Runner Blockchain · Advisor + Investor Pitch
COIN = WORK. THE CHAIN IS THE PRODUCT. THE LEDGER IS THE PROOF.
Investor #0. 300+ patents. LeapFrog ($117M IPO). Disney Imagineering. CEO ICARO. You know what a serious IP portfolio looks like. This is one [I-1].
CANONIC is a governance compiler. Eight dimensions. Eight bits. One byte. Service contract in, governed AI out. Only 255 ships.
Two products run on the CANONIC engine today. Service contracts. No commerce layer. Grant-funded. Free to patients. They prove governance works.
| Product | What | Evidence | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| MammoChat | Breast cancer patient navigation | 20,000+ governed interactions, $2M FL DOH grant [I-16], NCT06604078 (199 pts, completed) [I-13], NCT07214883 (20K pts, recruiting) | LIVE |
| CaribChat | Caribbean cancer navigation | 12 cities, 8 countries, 15+ facilities, CARPHA-sourced guidelines | LAUNCHING Jul 2026 |
Service contracts govern AI. Evidence-backed. Clinically validated. But no revenue. No COIN.
Runner is DoorDash for Realtors. Same governance engine. Now with an economic layer. Every completed task mints COIN on a signed, hash-chained ledger [I-31]. COIN = WORK. No exceptions.
Robert Glover invented this. Real estate investor, Lake Nona, GOVERNOR of RunnerMVP. He saw the operations problem from the investor side — every listing needs 17 task types coordinated across 6 vendor categories, and nobody tracks the work. Robert is testing the full task lifecycle and governing onboarding from his realtor association networks — he already has associations looking for the prototype. Robert and Dexter are co-seeding the network with fiat to bootstrap the first vendor cohort and prove the economics before external capital.
Every task in a listing lifecycle earns COIN. The chain is the accounting system.
| Phase | Tasks | COIN |
|---|---|---|
| Get Listed | Signs + Lockbox + Photos + Staging + CMA | 29 |
| Show It | 8 showings + 2 open houses | 56 |
| Under Contract | Contract + Inspection + Appraisal + Title | 50 |
| Close It | Full closing coordination | 25 |
| Wrap Up | Signs removed + Lockbox returned | 6 |
| Full transaction | 17 task types | 264 COIN |
Fiat Backing: Robert and Dexter are seeding the network with fiat — buying the first COIN credit packages on Stripe to capitalize the vendor pipeline. Vendors receive COIN for real completed work. Realtors buy credits to access the marketplace. Fiat in, COIN out, work proves value. The seed capital bootstraps the two-sided market until organic demand sustains it.
Ed25519 signed. SHA-256 hash-chained. Append-only. CI-gated. No unsigned economic events after 2026-03-01. vault verify-sig is a HARD GATE in every build. The build fails if the chain is invalid.
vault verify-sig — build fails on invalid chain| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Signing algorithm | Ed25519 |
| Chain hash | SHA-256 |
| Key storage | gitignored, encrypted — never in repo |
| Cutoff | 2026-03-01 — no unsigned events after this date |
| Stripe | Wired — checkout, webhook, transfer fee, close reconciliation |
Every ORG is a witness node. Peers discovered by filesystem scan — never hardcoded. Each ORG witnesses its neighbors. The kernel witnesses all. More witnesses = harder to corrupt.
| Phase | Nodes | Edges | Threshold |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phase 0 (today) | 2 | 1 | 2-of-N |
| Phase 1 — vendor network (Robert's deal flow) | 8 | ~10 | 2-of-N |
| Phase 2 — Lake Nona agents | 18 | ~30 | 3-of-N |
| Phase 3 — Hadley Lab collaborators | 23 | ~50 | 3-of-N |
| Phase 4 — Cross-industry mesh | 40+ | 100+ | 3-of-N |
The durability problem: 2 nodes today. We need a 3rd independent witness to harden the chain before vendor onboarding begins.
Malek is under NDA — from Mike's intro. Initial meeting complete. IP portfolio presentation is the current step. Runner adds 7 novel, patentable claims to the existing 6 families.
| # | Candidate | Novelty |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Deterministic witness assignment | Circular peer selection from filesystem scan — no coordinator, no consensus protocol |
| 2 | Governance-as-code blockchain | .md files compile to signed chain — governance precedes runtime |
| 3 | COIN=WORK ledger | Task completion mints token backed by verified real work |
| 4 | Fiduciary-mapped task gating | FL 475.278 six duties enforced architecturally through task gates |
| 5 | Ed25519 + hash-chain + CI gate | Build rejects on invalid chain — governance is the deploy gate |
| 6 | MAGIC 255 governance validation | 8-bit completeness scoring — bitmask tells you exactly which dimension is missing |
| 7 | Digest-based federation | ~200 bytes per ORG per epoch — witness network scales linearly |
Sequence: File provisionals on witness assignment, COIN=WORK, and fiduciary gating first. These are the most novel and most exposed by launch.
Goal: Realtors buying credits on gorunner.pro by end of month.

This is not a pitch deck. This is a ledger. The chain is live. The wallet is real. The work is done.
This afternoon at MS2. Robert and I are both here.
